Senior Product Owner

We seek a Product Owner / Business Analyst with a solid technology and product development background to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in shaping software solutions that drive business value, working closely with product managers, engineers, and collaborators to define and deliver high-impact digital products.

• Partner with IT, Manufacturing Test Engineering, Manufacturing Operations and R&D Test Engineering teams to define and refine product requirements and user stories.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Partner with Customers to define and refine product requirements and user stories.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Conduct discovery sessions, collaborator discussions, and workshops to collect and confirm requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and technical gaps.
• Create wireframes UX designs to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, data models, and system diagrams.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assist in QA and UAT efforts by defining test cases and validating functionality against requirements.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role within a software or technology environment.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, UML and SQL.
• Demonstrable ability to work with APIs, data structures, and modern software architectures.

• Effective communication, facilitation, and customer management skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software is a plus.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are advantageous.
