Full-Stack Software Engineer (React & Go)

Job Description

We are looking for a
Full-Stack Software Engineer
to join our agile online development team working in a
multicultural and multivendor environment
. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications, collaborating closely with distributed teams across different regions and partners.

You will work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and implementation to testing, deployment, and ongoing support, following modern agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    web-based applications
    using modern frontend and backend technologies
  • Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using
    React, Redux, and TypeScript
  • Develop and maintain
    backend services and APIs in Go (Golang)
  • Collaborate within
    agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams
    , participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Work effectively in a
    multicultural and multivendor environment
    , coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Create and manage
    Docker containers
    for development, testing, and deployment
  • Design, query, and maintain
    SQL databases
    , ensuring data integrity and performance
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Support troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in
    agile online/software development environments
  • Strong knowledge of
    JavaScript
    and
    TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with
    React and Redux
  • Backend development experience using
    Go (Golang)
  • Experience working with
    Docker
    and containerized applications
  • Working knowledge of
    SQL databases
    (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL)
  • Experience working with distributed teams in
    multicultural and multivendor settings
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs and web application architecture

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
