We are looking for a Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) who thrives at the intersection of accounting, transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will shape finance processes globally, drive key transformation projects and act as a trusted partner to management and business operations.

Your role in our team

  • Act as the go-to partner for our Business Area Accounting Managers – providing structure, insights, and direction on complex finance topics
  • Drive and coordinate cross-functional finance projects, from SAP roll-outs to new regulatory implementations and process improvements
  • Support with selected complex accounting issues (e.g. reorganizational topics) together with Business Area Accounting Managers, providing structure and clear resolution paths
  • Contribute to M&A activities by supporting integration of accounting processes, aligning policies, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
  • Support in coordinating month-end and year-end closing processes and support in resolving specific issues of individual entities
  • Serve as the interface between Group Tax and Business Area companies, coordinating on topics such as Transfer Pricing and Permanent Establishments
  • Bridge between the transactional Global Business Services teams and the business to ensure smooth collaboration, role clarity, and efficient issue resolution
  • Translate lessons learned from projects and escalations into sustainable solutions and handovers for Global Business Services operational teams

Your profile

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
  • Several years of experience in Finance or Accounting project roles, transformation, or financial audit
  • Strong project management skills – planning, governance, stakeholder management, and change readiness
  • Solid knowledge of financial reporting and ability to engage with technical accounting topics
  • Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and exposure to shared service environments
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • You're structured, pragmatic, and enjoy translating complexity into clarity
