Job Description
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Analyze business needs and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify data and reporting requirements.
• Prepare business and system requirement documents (BRS/SRS).
• Support core banking development.
• Work with designers and testers to align business and IT.
• Take part in report and dashboard design.
• Plan and support testing (integration, UAT) and go-live activities.
• Ensure quality and consistency of IT deliverables.

Qualifications

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY TO THIS ROLE?

• 5+ years of experience in banking or financial IT projects.
• Experience with core banking systems.
• Strong business analysis and SQL skills (Oracle is a plus).
• Fluent English.
• Confident use of JIRA/Confluence.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented mindset.

WHAT IS GOOD TO HAVE?

• Experience or certification with Thought Machine Vault.
• Background in agile or international project environments.
• Experience with Flexcube.
• Knowledge of microservices, Cloud (AWS preferred), and Kafka.
