We're expanding our EMEA sales operations team and are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support lead management, reporting, and process efficiency across our go-to-market teams.
This is a fully remote/home-based role that can be based anywhere in Hungary.
The Sales Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our regional sales and marketing teams. You will be responsible for lead distribution, data integrity, and sales process coordination, helping Everbridge maximize conversion and pipeline growth. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. What you'll do
  • Manage incoming leads from marketing campaigns, events, and partner channels in Salesforce.
  • Distribute leads promptly to the appropriate sales representatives or regional teams based on assignment rules and SLAs.
  • Monitor lead follow-up activity and provide regular reports on response times and lead conversion.
  • Maintain lead quality and data hygiene across the CRM.
  • Support opportunity creation, account ownership updates, and territory alignment.
  • Help implement and optimize workflows to improve sales efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the Global Demand Center to ensure lead flow aligns with marketing campaigns and regional priorities.
  • Help produce regular performance and forecast reports for leadership.
  • Troubleshoot data and process issues as needed.
  • Produce quotes as required 
What you'll bring
  • 2+ years' experience in sales administration, sales operations, or marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with reporting, dashboards, and data hygiene.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Fluency in English
