JUNIOR CRM BUSINESS ANALYST - SALESFORCE/VEEVA
We are looking for a junior
Salesforce/Veeva CRM Business Analyst
who can act as an internal consultant to engineering teams across multiple development hubs and work with our clients facilitating issue resolution and driving efficiencies in Veeva CRM.

Core Responsibilities

• Acts as a Salesforce Consultant to both our internal engineering teams and works with our Pharma client when engaging with Publicis.
• Supports and proactively comes up with initiatives that touch the commercial Veeva domain; helps hub teams to efficiently deliver on services while maintaining a high quality output.
• Regional owner of the team's Salesforce development environment: proactively maintains, configures and cleans up the environment in order to ensure that day-to-day work is running without disruptions.
• Analyzes and verifies business requirements for release configuration, including assessment of organizational impact and coordination with clients on specific settings.
• Documents detailed business processes to improve team onboarding and prevent recurring errors.

Essential Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and team collaboration.
• 1+ years of work experience as either a consultant or Business Analyst in the Veeva or general Salesforce space.
• Solid understanding of either commercial Pharma processes or enterprise Sales technology.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), covering requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.
• Experience with at least one of the following platforms: Veeva CRM/ Veeva Vault
• Understanding of Salesforce Data Models.
• Ability to read, write and manipulate enterprise databases using SQL.
• Expertise in use case modeling and building functional documentation.
