We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our agile team shaping the future of our market-leading Operations Control solutions.

If you're passionate about cloud-native technologies, automation, and machine learning systems that minimize disruptions and enhance operational efficiency, this is your chance to make an impact.

Your tasks will include

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based backend services that power our next-generation Operations Control platform.
  • Design and implement event-driven and asynchronous solutions using
    FastAPI
    .
  • Work closely with data scientists and DevOps engineers to integrate machine learning modules and cloud-native components.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines using
    GitHub Actions
    and
    Docker
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies and tools such as
    JIRA
    and
    Confluence
    .
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and architecture discussions to ensure scalability and maintainability.

You are looking for us if you have

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in Python software development.
  • Strong knowledge of
    event sourcing, asynchronous programming,
    and
    FastAPI
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    PostgreSQL
    and
    message queues
    (e.g.,
    NATS
    ).
  • Experience with containerization (
    Docker
    ) and CI/CD automation (
    GitHub Actions
    ).
  • Familiarity with agile workflows and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    Helm charts
    and
    AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
    .
  • Frontend exposure to
    React, TypeScript,
    or
