At our Lenti production site, we are looking for a leadership personality with a strong sense of ownership and a genuine passion for developing people and operations.

Your Responsibilities – Strategic. Operational. Hands-On.

Manage and steer all strategic, tactical, and operational processes at our Lenti site (approx. 140 employees) to ensure efficient and effective plant operationsAchieve annual goals in line with budget agreements and company objectivesLead and develop operational teams with full disciplinary and functional responsibilityBe regularly present on the shopfloor – coach, support, and guide your teams in daily operationsActively step in and get involved in special situations – your team sees you lead by doingDrive and oversee production projects in close collaboration with European JELD-WEN matrix functions and sitesEnsure compliance with national and international standards, especially regarding EHS and warehouse operationsPromote and implement continuous improvement initiatives as part of global programsDevelop and retain essential skills and knowledge within your area of responsibility  

Your Profile 

Degree in Engineering or Business Administration (University or University of Applied Sciences)Additional training in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or General Management is a plusMinimum of 10 years' experience in a comparable leadership role, ideally in the wood processing industry and matrix organizationsProven track record in developing technology strategies and managing complex, large-scale projectsFluent in Hungarian and English (German is an advantage)Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence othersStructured, solution-focused, and results-driven approachSolid working knowledge of ERP systems (production planning modules) and MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
