is looking for a Back Office Specialist who will manage end-to-end logistics, purchasing, and sales processes to ensure timely and accurate order delivery to customers. The role involves close daily cooperation with customers, suppliers, production sites and internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the full order flow from purchase to customer delivery
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries and documentation
  • Managing logistics communication with customers, factories and transport partners
  • Monitoring order status and providing updates to stakeholders
  • Verifying commercial, logistics, and financial documentation

Scope of Tasks

  • Managing sales and purchasing processes
  • Organizing transport according to customer requirements, including customs clearance and storage solutions
  • Coordinating communication with customers and suppliers and monitoring delivery timelines
  • Verifying transport, purchase, and sales invoices
  • Supervising stock levels and material flow
