Your Role: Junior OTV Key Account Manager
As Junior OTV KAM, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans for customers, tracking progress through sell-out reports, and driving year-over-year sales growth. You will be held accountable for delivering sales results by applying our Customer Value Selling (CVS) model, implementing agreed tactics, and meeting identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure targeted customers receive messages from our key brands.
- Analyze and leverage territory data to accomplish territory objectives.
- Advance or implement sales cycle tactics, increasing penetration and sales of targeted Elanco products.
- Continuously demonstrate Customer Value Selling attitude.
- Develop the client portfolio in alignment with local business strategy.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Animal Science, Agriculture or a related life science.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the animal health, pharmaceutical, or agricultural sectors.
- Ability to create and follow sales plans, track performance, and document customer interactions in CRM.
- Fluency in English

- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective account strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
