Baltic Council Hungary is a leading education abroad agency with 30+ years of experience and over 1000 partner institutions worldwide, including universities, secondary schools, language camps, and courses. Our mission is to help students and families find the most suitable educational institution abroad and make the application process as smooth as possible. Each year, Baltic Council organizes one of the largest education abroad fairs in Hungary with 50+ institutions, attracting around 3000 visitors annually.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Budapest for a Study Abroad Advisor. The Study Abroad Advisor will be responsible for guiding students and families in selecting the right educational institutions abroad and assisting them throughout the application process. Daily tasks include consulting on educational options, facilitating communication between students and partner institutions, providing administrative assistance, and organizing and participating in educational fairs and events.

Qualifications

  • Educational Consulting and Consulting skills
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Knowledge of the education abroad industry is a plus
  • BA degree abroad is a plus (or if you ever studied abroad)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, International Relations, or a related field
