Our partner is looking for an experienced SAP Tax Integration Consultant to join their ERP deployment team, focusing on finance and tax processes. The role supports the rollout of a standardized ERP template (SAP S/4HANA) across multiple countries in the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with local tax requirements and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of standardized finance and tax solutions across EMEA, including documentation, test management, training, and operational readiness.
  • Assess local regulatory and business needs, and design appropriate localizations within the global ERP framework.
  • Collaborate across finance functions to ensure an integrated, end-to-end process view from record to report.
  • Translate country-specific tax requirements into system specifications and manage related changes.
  • Drive deployment activities throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global standards.
  • Monitor and optimize business processes for efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth integration across business areas.
  • Facilitate process harmonization and solution design discussions under global governance.

Who You Are:

  • Broad experience as an SAP FI Consultant and in business process management, SAP ERP, S/4HANA, IT, and ERP transformation programs.
  • Extensive experience with SAP Tax solutions for the EU and other regions, covering Indirect Taxes, Withholding Taxes, and Corporate Income Taxes.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA tax moduls, including SAP country versions, SAP Document and Reporting, and SAP systems implementation, particularly S4 Finance.
  • Strong end-to-end understanding of business processes and deep financial or controlling process knowledge.
  • Experience with other SAP Tax solutions like Sovos is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of leading change initiatives and effective decision-making.
  • Strong influencing skills, ability to work in complex global networks, and fluency in English.
  • Agile mindset for daily operations (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe).
