Assistant to Managing Director – AI & Digital Projects

DetSystems is a fast-growing AI and automation agency helping businesses boost efficiency and revenue with AI.

We are looking for a proactive and organized
Assistant
to support the CEO in daily operations, content management and marketing tasks.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
  • Coordinating clipping/editing tasks and contractors
  • Organizing newsletters, webinars, AI Club events and online courses
  • Tracking project progress and supporting the AI Agency Launchpad program
  • Preparing proposals, contracts, and materials

Requirements:

  • Strong organization and coordination skills
  • Confident communication on social media platforms
  • Basic marketing/content management knowledge
  • Fast, independent problem solving and execution
  • Active university student status is required

Nice to have:

  • Experience in content or marketing coordination
  • Interest in AI, automation or tech
