As Global Manager PtP Excellence, you will lead the PtP Excellence team and report to the Director PtP. You will lead and govern end-to-end PtP Excellence activities in line with the PtP strategy, policy, and guidelines, ensuring that the PtP Excellence team maintains best-in-class processes and tools in terms of knowledge, capabilities, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

What We Ask

• 15+ years of strategic project management experience, with a strong focus on PtP related initiatives
• Six Sigma certification (minimum: Green belt) or similar
• Change Management certification is an advantage
• Excellent and comprehensive E2E Source-to-Pay process knowledge
• Digital & automation literacy: knowledge of PtP and office applications (Excel, PowerBI, Coupa, SAP, SNOW)
• Shared service experience is an advantage
• Excellent governance & communication skills
• Strong people & stakeholder management in a multicultural environment, ability to influence and inspire
• Continuous improvement mindset: problem-solving / drive change / measuring and improving performance
• Hands-on leadership style by leading by example and actively contributing to the different projects
• Excellent English language, any other European language knowledge is advantagous

Vacancy Description
In this role, you are responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining the PtP Excellence Roadmap, while also (co)overseeing the Source-to-Pay KPIs. You will foster a clear and shared mindset of continuous improvement and performance within the PtP teams, in close collaboration with key stakeholders.

You will connect and align primarily with GBDS local teams, Procurement, IT, and Digital teams to execute your strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives. Below is a list of typical responsibilities:

• Focus on driving continuous improvement, while the Operations Managers handle the day-to-day running of the business—reflecting our 'Run and Improve' mindset
• Lead the end-to-end PtP Excellence team and govern all continuous improvement activities within the PtP domain globally
• Promote continuous learning and development within the PtP teams by coordinating initiatives through the Excellence team
• Act as the change and transformation owner for the end-to-end PtP process, tools, and ways of working
• Ensure the appropriate governance structure and priorities are in place. Manage key cross-functional stakeholders regarding PtP Excellence plans and priorities
• Host and coordinate the S2P Steerco and also provide support for other global governance forums such as the Touchless Steerco, BPO meeting, and Digital Steerco
• űDefine and maintain the PtP Excellence strategy and roadmap

Team Details
The Global Manager PtP Excellence team is part of the GBDS organization and leads a team of 8 people located across three countries: Kuala Lumpur, Budapest and Amersfoort. The Global Manager PtP Excellence works in close collaboration with the GBDS local teams, Central IT team, Digital teams, and Procurement teams to execute the StP roadmap and drive continuous improvement. The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur or Budapest , it has a global scope of responsibility and requires limited travel.
