Application Specialist IVD

You are going to be responsible for:
- professional training of experts of clinical diagnostics on the usage of instrumentation and reagents in the region of Hungary
- building and managing relationships with customers and becoming a trusted Advisor
- cooperation with other departments, service-, and sales teams (troubleshooting, installation, perform product validation, solving customer problems, developing sales activities)
- resolving customer complaints
- providing input for hospital tenders, leading technical product specification and application discussion with prospects
- lending expertise in scientific questions
- supporting trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion
- Biology, Biological Engineering or equivalent Life Sciences degree
- solid experience as Application Specialist or Sales in the fields of IVD, preferably immunology or hematology
- full-working proficiency in Hungarian and English
- central residency in Hungary, or willingness to relocate to the 50 km radius of the M0 highway
- willingness to travel 60% of the time
