We are looking for an experienced Document Controller, who would be responsible for the accurate management, organization and control of technical, project and administrative documentation related to Budapest Airport's development projects, with a focus on Terminal 3 and associated infrastructure.

*Your Tasks Will Be:*

• Manage, track, and distribute all project-related documents (plans, drawings, permits, contracts, reports, analyses, and specifications).
• Ensure version control and proper archiving of all technical documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to collect and update documents.
• Maintain document management systems, both digital and physical.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and reporting with up-to-date documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., consultants, contractors, authorities).
• Provide document-related support during tendering, design, and construction phases.
• Ensure the reception and approval process of any documentation related to Budapest Airport's development projects.

*Our Requirements:*

• University degree in Engineering / Architecture / Business
• Good communication skills in English and Hungarian (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role within construction/engineering important projects (in size and complexity) .
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation standards.
• Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, or equivalent).
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.

*Preferred But Not Required Experience:*

• Experience in airport or large infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of design and construction workflows.

Könnyen elérhetőek vagyunk a 200E busszal Kőbánya-Kispestről, Ferihegy vasútállomás pedig itt áll közvetlenül mellettünk (a Nyugati pályaudvarról és Zuglóból is negyedóránként közlekednek vonatok). Autóval a gyorsforgalmi úton vagy az M0-áson keresztül lehet megközelíteni minket, és a parkolás miatt sem kell aggódnod
