Main responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing architectures for AI-based systems and applications
  • Define technical direction for microservices and event-driven systems
  • Developing data and model management architectures (e.g. MLOps, feature store, model versioning)
  • Introduce new technologies and continuously improve existing systems
  • Performing technological risk analysis and risk management
  • Working closely with business analysts, project managers, and development teams to design optimal systems
  • Mentor developers and support team-wide knowledge sharing and code reviews

Experience and qualifications:

  • University degree in computer science or a related technical field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software architecture design and development in Java, .NET, or Python environments
  • In-depth knowledge of databases, both SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in analyzing, designing, and developing enterprise software solutions, especially backend systems
  • Solid understanding of API and microservice architectures in Spring / .NET Core / Python environments
  • Practical experience with version control systems (e.g. GIT)
  • Working proficiency in English

Advantages:

  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile)
  • Experience with MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC)
  • Experience contributing to open-source projects
