We are looking for the newest member for
Sales Administrator (XPENG)

position.

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

  • In the course of their daily activities, advises and provides assistance to the partner teams dealing with the brand, superior and the brand dealers, and reports to superiors on their results
  • Continuously monitors customer and dealer satisfaction and prepares plans for positive changes
  • Confirms and records orders in the designated systems
  • Provides information for the dealer network
  • Assists in market research, surveys, and prepares price analyses
  • Supports the dealer audit process
  • Continuously follows the activities of the competition and shares the best methods in the industry with his superiors
  • Gives feedback to the management about the development of the market
  • Also solves all other reasonable tasks that are necessary for the successful operation of the brand
  • Registration and management of credits
  • Compilation and management of production orders
  • Preparation of marketing and sales reports and presentations
  • Keeping price lists and brochures up to date, updating and developing websites

You are the ideal candidate if you have

  • University degree in Economics or Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
  • Great analytical skills, expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
  • Category 'B' driving licence
  • Experience in automotive / FMCG / logistics area is an advantage

  • PowerBI Desktop knowledge is an advantage
