tech-savvy IT Specialist
to keep our team connected, secure, and productive.

What You'll Do:

  • User & Access Management:
    Create, manage, and remove M365 accounts, licenses, and groups. Handle onboarding/offboarding and MFA/security management.
  • Email & Calendar:
    Manage shared mailboxes, distribution lists, email delegation, and recover deleted items in Exchange Online.
  • File & Document Security:
    Configure SharePoint sites, manage folder permissions, support OneDrive usage, and restore files when needed.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Manage Teams, channels, permissions, and provide guidance on meetings, calls, and chat.
  • Website Management:
    Maintain and update content on WordPress or other CMS, perform quality checks, update plugins/themes, monitor SEO, and manage backups.
  • Security & Compliance:
    Monitor M365 security alerts, enforce policies, and manage devices via Microsoft Intune.
  • General IT Support:
    Support M365 apps, assist with installations, and liaise with vendors as needed.

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years in an M365 Administrator or similar IT role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and core apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Experience maintaining websites using a CMS (WordPress or similar).
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience with
    Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
    and Intune.
  • Basic
    PowerShell
    , HTML/CSS knowledge, Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-900).
