- contribute to reviewing new IT technology solutions;
- take part in large business and IT projects;
- analyze the effectiveness of business processes and IT systems;
- redesign or automatize business and IT processes;
- assist the senior consultants in creating specific problem related conceptual designs, and present them to the Customer;
- support the senior team in business development, prepare and present related professional materials;
- participate in consultancy service development tasks.
This is a perfect opportunity for you, if you have…
- university degree specialized in IT or Economics degree with strong IT interest;
- minimum 2-3 year experience in at least one of the following areas: IT advisory, Software development, IT governance, IT Service Management, IT infrastructure, IT operations and strategy, IT compliance, IT architecture;
- good written and oral communication skills, both in English and Hungarian;
- strong team player skills;
- ability and willingness to learn and deliver in a challenging environment;
- outstanding analytical skills and/or good organizational skills;
- client orientation;
- ability to work independently;
- ability to find creative solutions;
- basic knowledge of project management methodologies;
- agile methodology knowledge (is an advantage, however not required).
Nice to have skills:
- experience in IT projects;
- preparing specifications related to system development;
- aligning requirements with the business department;
- participating in testing tasks or coordinating testing;
- supporting the planning of tasks related to the preparation for go-live;
- coordinating go-live activities;
- preparing decision-making materials;
- preparing project status reports or supporting their preparation.
