APQP Engineer

Your tasks:

• Supporting new projects from a quality assurance perspective, developing the production process of new products, ensuring the start of production (SOP)
• Conducting internal audits, machine and process capability tests
• Liaising with customers, supporting customer audits, handling any quality issues that arise
• Coordination of processes related to the new product launch, including APQP (Risk assessment, Feasibility, CP and PFMEA creation, Safe Launch) at all levels of the development cycle
• Ensuring customer expectations are met (CSR/ Customer Specific Requirements) throughout the entire design, construction and production process

You are the ideal candidate if you meet our following requirements

• College or University Technical Degree
• 3 years of experience in automotive industry
• Conversational English skills
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 system
• Knowledge of Quality Core Tools (8D, PFMEA, CP, APQP, PPAP)
• Project management experience
• Lean, Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage
• VDA 6.3 Auditor qualification is an advantage
• German knowledge is an advantage
