Bevezető

Logistics Planning Manager

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Planning Manager to lead our logistics setup and process planning from inbound transportation to warehouse operations. This is a key leadership position in our fast-growing organization, ensuring smooth logistics operations, efficient budget control, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Feladatok

Transportation Planning & Setup – Lead the team in planning and establishing transportation methods from goods shipment to warehouse arrival, ensuring efficiency.

Supplier Management & Budget Control – Oversee the selection and management of transportation suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget plans.

Customs & Clearance Management – Set up and manage customs clearance processes as needed.

Warehouse Process & Resource Planning – Develop and implement internal warehouse processes and manpower planning aligned with the production schedule, ensuring clear budget management.

Material & Production Planning – Establish transparent material and production planning processes in coordination with customers, sales, and production teams.

Cross-Department Collaboration – Maintain effective communication with construction, production, and HR teams to support operational alignment.

System Implementation (SAP) – Lead the planning and local setup of the warehouse management system (SAP) together with the operations team.

Training & Handover – Provide training and handover sessions to the future operations team or key users to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

Elvárások

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanics, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, CAD/AutoCAD, SAP, and project management tools.

Languages: Fluent in English

Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics planning engineering.

At least 3 years of experience as a project leader or manager (greenfield project experience is highly valued).

Strong logistics and budget planning skills with a logical and structured approach.

Proven leadership ability and adaptability to international business culture.

Familiar with SAP system operations and implementation.

Előny

Certificates: PMP certification preferred.

Chinese is an advantage.

Experience in an international company is an advantage.

Focus on transportation or supply chain planning is a plus.
