Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and leading planning teams to success? We are looking for a Production Planning Supervisor to ensure efficient production scheduling, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate production planning activities to meet customer demand and operational goals
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to resolve supply chain issues
  • Analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and systems
  • Supervise and mentor planning team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
