About The Internship
We're looking for a
Data Analyst Intern
to join our
Group Data Analytics team
. You'll help maintain and improve analytics solutions across MOL Group countries, support the rollout of tools, and contribute to new features that drive business value.

This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in
data analytics and software development
, learn how advanced analytics solutions are deployed in a multinational environment, and build your skills in tools like
Python, Databricks, and Jira
.

Main Tasks

  • Deploy existing analytics tools in MOL Group countries and onboard local stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing reporting solutions and analytics tools addressing key business needs.
  • Perform data analyses and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Refactor existing code and implement improvements for maintainability and performance.
  • Write unit tests to ensure solution reliability and quality.
  • Maintain technical documentation for analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to turn data into impact.

What You'll Bring

  • Ongoing education in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with Python (Apache Spark is a plus).
  • Familiarity with clean code principles, version control basics, and testing foundations
  • Knowledge of cloud-based storage solutions & data platforms (ADLS, Databricks)
  • Experience with working with task management tool (e.g., Jira or similar tool)
  • Interest in data analytics and software development principles.
  • Curiosity, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
