Currently for Zoetis Hungary Kft we are looking for:
Affiliate Quality Associate
(location: Budapest)
The Quality Associate is the Responsible Person for the Hungarian Affiliate, whose role is to assure compliance with Hungarian and European Union Good Manufacturing (GMP) and Good Distribution (GDP) Practice regulations and Zoetis policy standards for the Supply Chain and Logistics operations and associated Quality Management System at the Hungarian Affiliate. The Quality Associate will also provide support at the Hungarian warehouse, with regard to Quality Assurance oversight of warehousing, product reconditioning, distribution and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Hungarian and EU GMP/GDP regulations and Zoetis quality standards.
- Implement and manage the Quality Management System for the Hungarian Affiliate.
- Act as the main contact for inspections by national authorities and manage related action plans.
- Oversee quality aspects of warehousing, distribution, transportation, and supply chain operations.
- Manage investigations, CAPAs, complaints, recalls, and returns at third-party warehouses.
- Approve suppliers and customers, and maintain systems for deviations, change control, validation, and complaint handling.
- Ensure proper temperature control and cold chain systems are in place.
- Support product release activities for the Hungarian market and packaging materials.
- Contribute to repackaging/relabeling processes and escalate quality issues as needed.
- Act as Deputy Local Responsible Person for Pharmacovigilance, ensuring compliance with corporate and local PV procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine, in line with Hungarian regulation 128/2009 (X.6.) FVM.
- Min. 1 year experience in quality assurance within pharmaceutical or veterinary sectors.
- Strong understanding of GMP/GDP and supply chain quality operations nice to have.
- Ability to manage inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian.
