Operative Buyer

Summary:

  • Trusted partner to the prucrement team, suppliers, customers and all other stakeholders in the organisation.
  • Works self-driven and independent according to the defined startegies of the Procurement Manager
  • Ensures appropriate stock level bearing in mind customer needs and requeriments also inhouse operational stability.

Position Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Stock management
  • Master data management
  • Handling invoice discrepancies
  • Handling supplier claims
  • Support and contact with other departments and stakeholders within the company and customers
  • Promotion management

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Higher education
  • Intermediate level of English, spoken and written
  • Confident use of Excel
  • Customer-oriented attitude,
  • Precision, agility in performing various tasks

Advantages:
