Pozíció célja:

Az SAP CRM üzemeltető pozíció célja, hogy magas szintű támogatást nyújtson főleg a Sales és beszerzés területen, biztosítsa a CRM folyamatos, rendeltetésszerű üzemelését, miközben a társosztályoktól érkező üzleti igényeket is figyelembe veszi.

Főbb feladatok:

  • SAP jogosultságkezelés és felhasználói hozzáférések adminisztrációja
  • SPInvoice rendszer üzemeltetése és tesztelése
  • Nyomdai fejlesztések támogatása és koordinálása
  • Kampányok technikai támogatása az SAP CRM rendszerben
  • Hibajegyek kezelése, problémák nyomon követése és megoldása
  • Sales terület igényeinek felmérése, dokumentálása és rendszerbe történő implementálása
  • üzleti igény szerinti rendszer specifikáció
  • tesztelés

Elvárások:

  • SAP CRM rendszer ismerete, különösen jogosultságkezelés és kampánykezelés terén
  • SPInvoice vagy hasonló számlázási rendszerrel szerzett tapasztalat előny
  • Tesztelési tapasztalat informatikai rendszerekben
  • Jó problémamegoldó képesség és precizitás
  • Kommunikációs készség és együttműködés a különböző üzleti területekkel
  • Legalább középfokú angol nyelvtudás
