We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to the Citi Shared Services Payroll Team, which is based in Budapest and is responsible for managing 44 countries' payroll processes across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll runs
- Review all output investigation and correction of errors associated with the auditing of payroll data
- Create reports to internal and external parties
- Support payroll mangers in case of audit requests
- Ensure that process documentations are always up-to-date (desktop procedures, process maps)
- Ensure that employee enquiries are dealt with in accordance with the established service level agreements
- Manage and report control issues with transparency
Ideal background:
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent research and problem solving skills
- Ability to plan, organize and schedule duties to meet payroll processing deadlines
