About the role:

This internship is a great opportunity to gain experience in the field of procurement and have insight to a successful multinational company. The Procurement Assistant Intern will lead Request for Quotation to quickly answer the needs of finding the right supplier and ensure the right quality & on-time delivery.

What you will do:

We need our future intern's support in the following areas:

• Providing continuous support to Procurement team to ensure right data quality in our database
• Lead and coordinate dedicated projects in line with plant key performance indicators and connect with key stakeholders
• Engage the right level of data analysis from bill of material of complex project to key customers
• Coordinate invoices issues and monitor Dashboard
• Send request for quotation and track answer from suppliers, in order to get material on time and with good quality for production
• Manage Support Category Buyers in Change of Supplier and supplier base optimization projects
• Collaborate with Customer Project Buyer to speed up project execution phase (RFQ, price update, quick analysis…)
• Support the Plant Procurement Manager in charge of an annual ambition productivity target

What we need from you:

• Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary; in the field of Economics
• Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
• Advanced English and Hungarian language knowledge are must haves (both fluent speaking and writing)
• You have confident digital skills, knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (intermediate level, PIVOT tables, VLOOKUP are must haves)
• Dynamic, proactive, open to learning attitude and flexibility
• Effective communicator capable of interaction in an international environment both in writing and orally
• We are looking for you if you are not afraid of challenges and taking your career to the next level
• Some project management experience and experience with SAP tools (training will be delivered) are considered as an advantage

What we offer:    

• Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20 hours/week or more, with a possibility of home office
• You can start as soon as possible: we are looking forward for you to join our team
• Working from home is possible, but please note that office presence can also be required (especially for training and specific projects)
• Gross salary: 2000 HUF/hour
• We provide a laptop/cell phone for your work
