We are expanding rapidly and looking for a
Sales & CRM Manager
to take strategic ownership of our client relationship and sales operations — from initial inquiry through to long-term partnership management.

The ideal candidate has a
structured, analytical approach
, combined with
strong interpersonal and communication skills
, and is motivated by building sustainable, trust-based client relationships that support the company's continued growth.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle
    — from handling inbound leads and scheduling consultations, to preparing offers, closing deals, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Organize, and maintain our CRM system
    (Co3App) — ensuring all client data, interactions, and follow-ups are accurately tracked and updated in real time.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance
    — prepare weekly and monthly reports, track conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing
    to align campaigns, generate qualified leads, and optimize the client journey from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships
    — ensure consistent communication, follow-ups, and a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Support senior management
    in designing and implementing sales strategies, pricing models, and client retention programs.
  • Identify new business opportunities
    through data analysis, client feedback, and market trends to support sustainable growth.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has
    2–4 years of experience
    in sales, account management, or CRM management
  • Speaks
    fluent English and Hungarian
  • Is confident using CRM and digital tools
  • Has excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Is empathetic, trustworthy, and understands the importance of family-oriented services
  • Brings a proactive, problem-solving attitude
