The Opportunity: Junior Sourcing Recruiter

As a
Junior Sourcing Recruiter
, you'll be the essential first step in our talent acquisition engine. You'll work closely with international recruitment teams to learn how to identify, attract, and engage top talent, primarily supporting our Spanish-speaking markets in Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in recruitment and master the art of talent sourcing.

What You'll Be Learning and Doing:

• Learning to Source:
  Support the team in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partnering:
  Work closely with our internal recruitment specialists across Europe, especially those focused on the Spanish market, to understand and align sourcing strategies.
• Market Research:
  Conduct foundational market mapping and talent research to stay informed about hiring trends.
• Candidate Identification:
  Deliver initial high-potential candidate profiles aligned with role requirements and cultural fit.
• Tracking & Administration:
  Help monitor sourcing performance, maintain sourcing trackers, and ensure timely submission of candidate information.
• Candidate Engagement:
  Learn to pre-qualify candidate expectations regarding compensation and role details.
• Service Excellence:
  Support the team in meeting and exceeding internal service benchmarks.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in Spanish and English
  communication skills (written and verbal) is
  required
  .
• 0-1 year of professional experience
  in a recruitment, HR, or sales support setting, or a
  relevant degree/internship experience
  with a strong desire to enter the sourcing/recruitment field.
• A
  proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  with a positive, energetic attitude.
• The curiosity to learn new tools and platforms; experience with
  LinkedIn Recruiter or Workday is a bonus
  .
