Senior Python Developer

We are looking for an experiences Python Developer to join one of our projects for a company leading affiliate marketing platform for publishers, automating the process of turning commerce-related content into revenue.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services and APIs using Python.
• Architect and maintain data ingestion and API integration pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, DevOps, and product) to deliver robust, high-performing solutions.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure on GCP, including compute, databases, and networking components.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and environment consistency using Docker.
• Ensure application quality through unit and integration testing with PyTest.
• Manage and optimize MySQL databases for performance and data integrity.
• Support ETL workflows and data processing tasks; experience with Airflow is a plus.
• Apply web scraping techniques to collect and process data where applicable.
• Contribute to system reliability, observability, and continuous improvement in development practices.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to align technical solutions with affiliate marketing business needs.

• Programming Languages: Python (primary)
• Frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, or similar
• APIs: REST API design and ingestion
• Databases: MySQL (primary), optionally PostgreSQL
• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Compute, Storage, BigQuery (preferred)
• Containerization: Docker
• Testing: PyTest, unittest
• Data Processing (nice to have): ETL pipelines, Airflow
• Version Control & CI/CD: Git, GitHub, GitLab, GitHub Actions
• Nice to have skills:
• Web Scraping, Affiliate Marketing domain understanding
