Our Global Laboratory Diagnostics partner company is looking for their new Tender Specialist to join their team in Budapest. As a member of the sales team this role will primarily focus on tender and quotation management.
Key responsibilities :
Manage the preparation and processing of offers, quotations, pricing, contracts, and reports along with other sales administrative tasks on a daily basis. Administer and renew Sales Contracts and Pricing Agreements.Monitor and analyze sales data, contributing to the preparation of reports.Collaborate across departments to handle tender documentation efficiently and provide assistance in business analysis.Work closely with local service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Key requirements:
University degree, (with a distinct advantage if it is obtained in the field of Life Sciences)Experience in a similar role, strong knowledge and expertise with legal documentation requirements.Fluency in Hungarian and English.Dedication, organized and detail oriented mindset.Advanced proficiency in the MS Office 365 Suite, particularly excelling in high-level Excel tasks, such as Pivot Tables, V Look Up, and Macros.Experience in IVD products tender management is an advantage.Experience with the EKR system is a great advantage.Should you be interested in the role please apply by sending your CV/should you have any question in regards the vacancy do not hesitate to leave a comment with your details.
