Role & Responsibilities:


• Implement, co-design, develop, install & troubleshoot ServiceNow apps (Cloud Management Platform), taking ownership of complex requirements


• Optimize, maintain ServiceNow across ITOM, ITSM, Integration, and custom apps


• Work hands-on in Agile/Scrum, managing workflows from design to closure with JIRA


• Use your technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, Web Programming, PowerShell, and relational databases


• Communicate effectively, pay attention to detail, and self-manage priorities & deadlines

Requirements:


• Experience with ServiceNow administration, ITOM/ITSM, and integrations


• Agile/Scrum experience and workflow management (JIRA)


• Strong technical skills: JavaScript, HTML, and relational databases


• Strong English communication skills, German is a plus


• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Preferred Certifications:


• ServiceNow CSA, Certified Application Developer, Platform Implementation Specialist
