About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Boutique Manager
to lead our prestigious multi-brand luxury boutique in
Budapest
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury retail, exceptional leadership and client relationship skills, and a strong understanding of CRM. This role is key to delivering a world-class client experience while meeting sales and operational goals for a globally recognized luxury business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, motivate, and manage the boutique team (5-6 Sales Executives) to meet and exceed sales and performance targets. Recruit, train, and coach the team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM):
    Drive the boutique's CRM strategy. Maintain, develop, and grow the client database by analyzing data to identify opportunities for client outreach, retention, and reactivation.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Oversee daily operations, including stock management, reporting, scheduling, visual merchandising, and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Sales & Strategy:
    Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Prepare and analyze sales reports and business data.
  • Brand Ambassador:
    Ensure the boutique consistently reflects the brand's image and values. Organize and manage boutique events, VIP appointments, and exclusive previews.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    3–5 years of experience in
    luxury retail management
    , preferably in fine jewelry or luxury watches.
  • Leadership Track Record:
    Previous experience in a management or leadership role (Boutique Manager, Assistant Boutique Manager, or Team Leader) is essential.
  • CRM Expertise:
    Strong, proven experience in CRM tools and client development strategies.
  • Language Fluency:
    Fluency in both English and Hungarian is mandatory.
    (Additional languages are a plus).
  • Legal:
    At minimum to have a valid Resident Permit and work permit for Hungary.
  • Skills:
    Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen and results-driven approach.
