What Will You Do?

As a Business Product Analyst, you will be part of our team within KLM's
Safety, Security & Crisis Management business platform
. Our focus is on enabling our business units to make
data-driven decisions

Your responsibilities include:

  • Working independently on complex issues within the domain;
  • Acting as a sparring partner for product owners, developers, and management;
  • Thinking across domains and contributing to strategic decision-making;
  • Leading improvement initiatives at the team, process, or departmental level;
  • Coaching the more junior analysts and contributing to knowledge sharing within the community.

and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to achieve shared goals. You continuously help us

We are looking for you if you meet the following criteria:

  • A
    higher education degree
    in Business Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • At least
    3–4 years of proven work experience
    as a Business Analyst in a complex organization;
  • In-depth knowledge
    of analysis and modeling techniques (BPMN, UML);
  • Proven experience with
    change management and stakeholder alignment
    ;
  • Strong communication skills
    and the ability to make an impact at all levels;
  • Ability to
    set direction for project objectives
    ;
  • Experience in a
    coaching role
    for less experienced analysts.
