As an
HR Administrative Specialist
, you will make an impact by ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting key administrative processes. You will be a valued member of the HR team and collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain compliance and deliver an excellent employee experience.
In This Role, You Will
- Partner on onboarding, special leaves, medical center invoices, offboarding, and staff register management.
- Manage trial periods and related communications.
- Coordinate medical check-ups and maintain accurate records.
- Handle provident folder creation and addendums.
- Communicate effectively regarding absences and HR-related updates..
- Use data and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and drive improvements.
Work model
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1-2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Budapest. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Professional proficiency in French and English (oral and written).
- Rigor and autonomy in managing HR administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with HR shared services and matrix organizations.
- Strong influencing skills and collaborative problem-solving.
- Gravitas and credibility to engage with senior stakeholders.
