Role Description

As OTC Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our OTC pharmaceutical product lines through strategic marketing initiatives. You will lead the development and execution of category-specific marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive market penetration, and increase customer engagement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise to deliver strong market performance and create a lasting impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for specific OTC pharmaceutical categories to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.


• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor research, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and anticipate market trends.


• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.


• Monitor and analyze category performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations and ensure continuous improvement.


• Manage advertising and promotional budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation to maximize ROI.


• Drive seasonal campaigns, overseeing market positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.


• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.


• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Brand Manager within the OTC pharmaceutical or FMCG industry .


• Strong track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that led to significant category growth and market share expansion.


• Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, consumer insights, and industry trends to inform marketing decisions.


• Fluent English, Hungarian is a must


• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and advertising guidelines
