Product Designer

Asura Technologies Ltd. is looking for a talented
Product Designer (UX/UI)
to join our product team and help shape the next generation of Asura's products. You will work
across our portfolio
- including parking monitoring, tolling automation, traffic intelligence, security - to design intuitive, scalable user experiences.

This role requires strong UX foundations, an eye for high-quality UI, and the
ability to translate operational complexity into simple, elegant workflows
. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clients to build solutions used by parking operators, municipalities, agencies, and other enterprise customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design
  end-to-end user experiences
  across web and mobile applications, from concept to final UI
• Create
  intuitive workflows for complex operational tools and dashboards
  used in B2B and B2G environments
• Conduct
  user interviews
  , and usability tests with operators, field staff, and stakeholders
• Translate
  research insights into requirements
  , design decisions, and improvements
• Develop and maintain
  reusable UI components
  and contribute to Asura's design system
• Implement
  Material Design
  components and tokens in Figma and maintain them within the product's design system, ensuring alignment between design and engineering implementations, including front-end frameworks such as
  PrimeNG
  and
  Tailwind CSS
• Apply modern design patterns for B2B interfaces, data-heavy dashboards, back-office tools with complex table structures, mobile task workflows, and real-time monitoring interfaces
• Create
  wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
• Work closely with Product Managers to define problem statements, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, well-spec'd, and implemented with high quality

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–4 years of UX/UI design experience
  , ideally in B2B or B2G software (enterprise tools, operational systems, dashboards, etc.)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating
  complex problem-solving
  , not just visual design
• Experience with design tools such as
  Figma
• Familiarity with research methodologies (interviews, journey mapping, usability testing)
• Strong understanding of
  Material Design
  principles and components, with experience adapting its patterns for enterprise (
  B2B/B2G
  ) environments, as well as familiarity with front-end frameworks such as
  PrimeNG
  and
  Tailwind CSS
• Ability to create clear design documentation and communicate decisions effectively
• Understanding of interaction patterns for workflow-based operational systems, back-office interfaces with complex, data-dense table structures, and mobile applications
• Experience designing for
  data-heavy interfaces
  (tables, dashboards, KPIs, alerts) is a strong plus
• Curiosity about the industries we serve: parking monitoring, mobility, tolling, traffic analytics, and transportation operations
• Working proficiency in
  Hungarian and English
