LeadQuarters is a new business development platform specialized in automated outreach and B2B lead generation. We help companies connect with the right decision-makers through tailored LinkedIn and Email campaigns, combining automation with a personal touch to deliver scalable and measurable results. LQ helps clients in fields such as tourism, real estate, retail and more to generate leads and sales.

Tasks:

• Platforms: Manage Upwork and other platforms by creating listings, identifying potential projects, handling inquiries, and submitting applications.
• Proposals: Draft and adapt personalized proposals for potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
• Follow-up: Carry out follow-up activities via mails and calls for existing and new leads.
• Customer Relationship: Engage with clients for support requests and upsell opportunities, contributing to long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• Ongoing studies or first experience in Business Development, Sales, hospitality, tourism or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, structured and proactive.
• Curiosity for digital tools, automation, and sales systems.
• Availability for at least 6 months internship period.

Conditions:

• The role is an internship with a fixed compensation of $100 at 50% or $200 at 100% and a performance-based bonus.

Pay: 40,000.00Ft - 80,000.00Ft per month
