Position Summary
In this highly collaborative and visible position in the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD), you will provide global financial leadership for the supply chain organization. You will interpret and gain actionable insights from results and forecasts, provide key business and financial mentorship to the organization, and drive alignment and actions that improve CMD business performance.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a track record to solve problems, improve process efficiency, champion cultural transformation, and build interpersonal trust and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Supply Chain and broader CMD cross-functional teams on Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), including driving actions to deliver on Inventory and E&O targets.
• Lead all key financial processes including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), long range strategic plan (STRAP), month-end/quarter-end close cycles, and other recurring management reporting cadences.
• Assess financial and business performance using relevant data and pinpointing important financial highlights, providing insight into progress towards goals.
• Identify, communicate, and lead risk & opportunity reviews.
• Identify and implement systemic, scalable solutions to optimize supply chain finance processes for speed, agility and insights.
• Ensure compliance and accounting-controllership are integrated into business decisions, in line with company policies, US GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act

Education
Who we are looking for:

• An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA desired, though not required.

Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of growing responsibility in finance business partnership, inclusive of Supply Chain experience.
• Consistent record delivering outstanding results and getting results beyond the finance function.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Confident and mature manager and business partner.
• Strong interpersonal skills, both spoken and written, with all levels of management.
• Ability to effectively lead and implement ideas in a matrix environment and across functional and global business reporting structures.
• Must possess a strong set of personal and business values aligned with our 4i values.
• Big picture and forward thinker capable of translating strategy into actionable and measurable initiatives.
• High results orientation, bias for action.
• Strong systems experience with SAP, Hyperion, and digital tools (ie. PowerBI).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally ~10%.
