About The Job
As Marketing & Sales Buyer for Europe, you will manage procurement for marketing and sales categories across the region. You will collaborate with regional Category Lead, partner with local marketing teams, implement global strategies, execute plans, and deliver cost savings and business value through effective sourcing and supplier management.

  • Marketing Procurement Expertise: Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and agency ecosystem optimization across multiple categories (Advertising, Digital Content, POSM, Market Research, Data & Analytics, Events).
  • Sourcing Category Management: Innovation driven for conducting strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, supplier relationship management, analytics, negotiations, and projects management driving measurable Net P&L impact.
  • Financial & Analytical Acumen: Ability to deliver measurable Net P&L impact, manage KPIs, and leverage analytics for decision-making.
  • Contract & Negotiation Skills: Skilled in managing Statements of Work (SoWs), agency performance, and supplier relationship management with strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Ability to lead complex, multi-country initiatives, collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams, and act as a trusted business partner.
  • Digital & Omni-Channel Knowledge: Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital tools, AI, and omni-channel strategies to drive innovation and efficiency. Leverage market intelligence for risks, opportunities, and innovation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for marketing categories (agencies, digital, POSM, market research, data & analytics, events). Ability to formulate pragmatic strategies and implement robust plans.
  • Drive cost optimization, sustainability goals, and supplier performance improvements.
  • Act as a trusted partner to marketing, sales, finance, and sustainability teams.
  • Lead negotiations and manage strategic supplier relationships.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with procurement standards.

About You

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Procurement, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing procurement, ideally regional/multi-country scope.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing domains (digital, content, POSM, market research).
  • Proven skills in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and agile mindset.
  • Business and financial acumen with the ability to influence decision-makers.
