Your responsibilities

  • Translate global commodity strategies into actionable regional plans
  • Collaborate with Global Commodity Managers to ensure strategy alignment
  • Proactively identify and mitigate regional supply risks and claims
  • Manage and develop supplier base
  • Lead negotiations and implement global agreements locally
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Support plants and business units in resolving supply issues
  • Ensure compliance with PSM Governance, procurement policies and regulatory standards
  • Act as the primary contact for regional stakeholders on commodity-related procurement topics

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or commodity management (automotive or large series production preferred)
  • Knowledge of Electronics / Electromechanics supply markets and regulations
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Skilled negotiator with solid contractual knowledge
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
  • Intercultural experience and adaptability
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Willingness to travel
