Role Summary:   

Flowserve Financial Shared Services Center is looking for an Interface Business Analyst (IF BA) to play a critical role in the long-term implementation of E-invoicing across multiple Flowserve sites globally. The IF BA will collaborate with finance and project experts to prepare and launch the E-invoicing function, engaging with both business areas and development teams throughout the project life cycle, from initiation to implementation and post-support. 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Become a subject matter expert in finance business areas, including processes, rules, logic, and data. 

  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize business threats and opportunities. 

  • Develop comprehensive plans covering scheduling, setup, testing, stakeholder communication, training, documentation, and post-implementation support. 

  • Address process-critical issues and drive continuous improvements for high-severity problems as needed. 

  • Establish proactive processes, systems, and procedures for activity analysis and control.   

  • Gain experience in system setup and data mapping. 

Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor's degree or professional accounting qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience; alternatively, a degree in database management or information systems. 

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Business System Analyst, System Analyst, IT Project Manager, or a similar role. 

  • Familiarity with large-scale integrated financial reporting systems, preferably SAP or Oracle. 

  • Strong initiative, adaptability, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure in critical situations. 

  • Experience in a multinational company. 

  • Background in a Financial Shared Service Centre. 

  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes. 

  • Project management experience. 

  • Familiarity with Medius and Pagero applications.
