In this role, you will shape the target solution from an initial high-level idea all the way to a clear and actionable design. You will make key architectural decisions in line with business objectives, define standards and best practices, and assess how each choice affects the broader system. Your responsibilities include understanding business needs, preparing or reviewing specifications, collaborating closely with technical and functional colleagues, making informed recommendations, and bringing all requirements together into a coherent solution.

Once the solution is defined, you will also take part in ensuring its successful delivery together with the rest of the team.

Your position covers three major areas, each with wide-ranging responsibilities:

1. You are the owner of the PP & QM domain and its integration across the landscape:

  • Translate business needs into a practical solution.
  • Design cross-process flows with other team members.
  • Work in close cooperation with various business units.
  • Oversee the maintenance and continuous development of your process area.

2. You act as a strategic partner focused on long-term improvement:

  • Maintain and manage business relationships, aligning priorities with business value.
  • Communicate effectively and monitor your own KPIs.
  • Collaborate with other domains to ensure consistent, end-to-end process design.
  • Create action plans for ongoing improvements and for addressing recurring issues.

3. You contribute to global initiatives within the organization:

  • You will join international S/4 projects as part of the project team.

In summary:

  • You will have a comprehensive view of everything managed within the team.
  • You will take ownership of SAP PP & QM processes and their integration with other flows.
  • You will make solution design decisions as the responsible owner of this domain.
  • You will manage business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and value.
  • You will support long-term optimization by proposing enhancements to the solution.

Required technical skills:

  • Good experience in SAP PP (Production Planning)/SAP QM (Quality Management).
  • Medium experience in SAP IM (Inventory Management).
  • Good experience in SAP QM integration with LIMS is an advantage
  • Basic experience in SAP Integration (IDoc, Web Service, etc.) is an advantage
  • Basic experience in ABAP debugging and SAP Fiori is an advantage
  • Basic experience with JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Good experience on full SAP rollout project lifecycle.
