You'll work on Hungarian and international projects , collaborate with diverse teams across Europe, and see your ideas make a real business impact.

What we're looking for

  • Consulting mindset: Some exposure to a consulting or project-based environment (internship, thesis, or work experience).
  • Technical base: 1-2 years of hands - on experience with Power BI (or Tableau)
  • Strong communicator: Confident in English (Hungarian or German is a plus).
  • Analytical & proactive: You structure problems clearly and don't wait for step-by-step instructions.
  • Client-ready confidence: Comfortable explaining BI & AI topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Data & AI curiosity: You follow BI trends, experiment with new tools, and want to understand how AI is changing analytics.
  • Team player: Thrive in international, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or BI architecture concepts.
  • Experience with reporting transformation, BI migration, or analytics projects.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, or Databricks.
  • Experience in client workshops or presentations.

Your future role

What you'll do

  • Support clients in their reporting and analytics transformation journeys - from discovery to delivery.
  • Help design governance models and AI-enabled reporting solutions.
  • Contribute to client workshops, create impactful dashboards, and prepare client-ready presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with senior consultants and managers - and gradually take ownership of your own workstreams.
  • Get hands-on with Power BI or other BI tools to bring ideas to life.

Recruitment process:

Please submit your CV in English

1. HR Interview

If shortlisted, you'll be invited to an HR intro call in English where we'll discuss about your background, motivation, and expectations

2. Business Case

Next, you'll meet our AI & Data team in the Budapest office for a discussion around a business case and your approach to BI and analytics topics.

3. Power BI Task

If the interview goes well, you'll receive a short Power BI task to complete within a week. This helps us understand your problem-solving approach and visualization skills.

4. Final Presentation & Offer

In the final step, you'll present your Power BI dashboard to our team and discuss your insights.
