Responsibilities
Make an impact

  • Support and further development of the implemented CS solution in our SAP systems (ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA),
  • participation in the conception and implementation of innovative SAP solutions (S/4 HANA Service),
  • end-to-end process design in close coordination with SAP CS Lead and Process Experts,
  • implementation of customizing and creation of documentation,
  • support/sub-project management for global rollout projects and improvements in cooperation with the respective departments,
  • create IT concepts and participation in the implementation and monitoring of interfaces (SAP, Salesforce, iMAM, Innosoft),
  • specification of development requirements and coordination with our SAP developers,
  • cross-site support,
  • coordination and technical management of our external partners,
  • documentation of processes and implementation.

Application Requirements
What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor/Master degree with focus on business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification,
  • 5 years plus functional experience as a consultant in the area of SAP ERP CS as well as good knowledge of related areas (SD, MM, FI, ...),
  • excellent hands on customizing knowledge of SAP CS,
  • good S/4 HANA service knowledge,
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (an appreciation of German is also a plus),
  • knowledge in ABAP/ ABAP Objects programming and in the implementation of FIORI Apps as benefit,
  • analytical skills, structured and methodical approach,
  • ability to work in a team, willingness to cooperate and very good communication skills,
  • willingness to occasionally travel internationally,
  • team player with a strong customer service and solution orientation.
