*Test Automation Engineer
mit fundierten Kenntnissen in Software-Testing, Automatisierungsexpertise und KI-Wissen, insbesondere im Bereich Prompt Engineering.

Muss-Kriterien

  • Solides Verständnis der Grundlagen des Software-Testings (Testarten, Testentwurfstechniken)
  • Umfassendes Verständnis des Testprozesses, von der Planung bis zur Durchführung und Berichterstattung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Dokumentation von Testfällen und Testsuiten
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Test-Automatisierungstools und Frameworks (z.B. Selenium, UFT, Cucumber)
  • Kenntnisse in Skript- oder Programmiersprachen wie Java, Python oder JavaScript
  • Verständnis der Grundprinzipien von KI, insbesondere maschinellem Lernen
  • Fähigkeit, Prompts für KI-Modelle (Prompt Engineering) wie ChatGPT in Testlösungen zu formulieren, zu analysieren und zu optimieren
  • Vertrautheit mit Testmanagement-Tools (z.B. JIRA/Xray)
  • Erfahrung mit Versionskontrollsystemen (z.B. Git)
  • Starker analytischer Ansatz zur Identifizierung und Lösung von Test- und Automatisierungsproblemen
  • Klare und präzise Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Vermittlung von Testergebnissen und Herausforderungen
  • Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in agilen Teams, zum Wissensaustausch und zum Lernen von anderen
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung und Softwarequalitätssicherung

Wünschenswert

  • Grundlegende Erfahrung mit API-Anfragen
  • Zertifizierung im Bereich Software-Testing (z.B. ISTQB)
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams
