Senior IT Business analyst/process consultant

Main Responsibilities-

• Cooperates closely with Business Process Owners, ERP strategy/operation executives, Digital Leads, Senior Domain Experts, Developers, Operators, Application Architects and Business Analysts
• Owns business processes on tactical level. Provides process direction by developing process vision, strategy and objectives. Supports process standards development and standardization. Develops and implements process improvement initiatives.
• Defines the process and monitors process performance.
• Develops and manages policies and procedures related to the process. Ensures process adoption, safeguards continuous improvement.
• Coordinates and owns the business requirement specifications of its own sub-domain, in-line with domain business and IT strategy.
• Assists the business system owner in defining developments and the associated acceptance criteria
• Participates in Functional Specification preparation.
• Models the "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, expected system interactions and models the data requirements, designs master data management process in their domain
• Defines the scope and schedule, coordinates, manages and supervises the testing activity (integration and user acceptance tests).
• Identifies change management impacts, create plans for and carry out the change management activities. Manages, reviews, approves the training materials.
• Manages handover to business and participates in modification of the relevant service catalogue item
• Coordinates IT development processes, projects and System Improvement Requests in their area and provides quality assurance for process changes carried out by other BA's
• Builds contemporary knowledge of solutions, industry benchmarks and trends in their area, proactively collects, communicates best practices to development teams and peers
• Development support via working closely with ERP strategy/operation executives, other Senior Process Consultants, relevant Unit Leader, also with Team Leaders, Developers, Operators in his/ her domain, as well as works closely with Key Users, trains and develops other Business Analysts
• Supervises Integration Testing Cycles and Cut-Over activities

Main Requirements-

• University/College degree in Information Technology / Engineering
• 5-10+ years experience in similar IT business analysis, consultancy, process improvement related roles
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Participation in projects and cooperation.
• Result oriented and able to work based on plans
• Good individual / interpersonal management skills with structural thinking and analysis approach
• Good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Hungarian
• Structural thinking and analysis approach
• Self-dependence, results orientation, effective time and task management
