THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Director FP&A, the
Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis
is responsible for efficient and effective FP&A processes, both to support the international businesses, and satisfy global planning and reporting requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consolidation of the total International Markets P&L in Budget, Long Range Planning (LRP), monthly forecasting and reporting cycles
• Support management via review of consolidated delivery against Budget and supporting centralised decisions around budget re-allocation as appropriate to achieve desired P&L and KPI outcomes.
• Prepare all relevant presentations with regard to Budgets, LRP submissions & monthly forecasts
• Close liaison with wider finance team to deliver cohesive and accurate forecasts and to ensure effective and streamlined collaboration resulting in consistent implementation of processes and policies
• ·Continuous identification/evaluation of risks and opportunities and proactively identifies and suggests areas for improving business efficiencies and profitability
• Support creation and maintenance of standardized KPI and P&L templates and tools to be used by finance to ensure consistency throughout international markets
• Provides financial support to international management team for short- and long-term decision making
• Coordination of work between Business Unit Finance and Central Finance teams to align timelines and deliverables
• Other adhoc project work in support of the International Markets Finance and Leadership team
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice across finance teams
• Maintain strong relationships with other finance functions including controllership and the centralized finance teams,
• Work within the matrix organization to support business operations and collaborate with other parts of the global business

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Qualified Accountant
• Masters or MBA in Business or Finance a bonus
• 7+ years of progressive experience ideally with leadership experience in FP&A, and in a global, matrixed organization
• Big 4 experience and ACCA qualification considered as an advantage
